-All orders placed Before 1pm EST (Monday-Friday) are shipped out the same day via FedEx.
-All Orders placed after 1pm EST are shipped out the following business day.
-All Orders placed on weekends are shipped out on Monday.
-Orders are not shipped on National Holidays.
Shipping during summer months: iBariatric.com is not responsible for melted chocolate during hot months. We will package your items, keeping the heat in mind, but we will not replace or refund any products due to heat damage.
Shipping during winter months: Occasionally if there is extreme weather, liquid drinks can freeze. Please note that this is very rare, and we insulate our products very well. If your product does happen to freeze iBariatric.com is not responsible for the damage and will not issue a replacement or a refund.
Refund/Damage Policies: In the event that you should receive a damaged product due to shipping, we require that the package is sent back to us, or clear pictures are taken of the damaged goods, and emailed to admin@ibariatric.com. We will replace your shipment or refund to you appropriately.
If you wish to return a product(s) for any unspecified reason. The product must be unopened, and must be sent back to us within 5 days of receiving product. We charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned item.
